Who We Are
Schilling Properties has been in operation in Lexington, Kentucky since 1957. We buy and sell houses through land contracts as well as rent houses and commercial properties. The founder of Schilling Properties, Donald E. Schilling, had a vision to purchase distressed houses, fix them up, and offer affordable housing to everyone. Under new ownership since 2017, we wish to continue Don’s legacy by offering the same opportunities, as well as expand to specialize in the creation of custom homes and innovative business spaces.
What We Do
Operating throughout the Lexington area, including near downtown and the University of Kentucky, we offer rental spaces to residents who want to take care of the space as if it were their own.
