Founded by Donald E. Schilling in 1957, the business began with a vision to make it possible for anyone to own their own home. We offer houses for rent, sell, or land contract, and serve everyone, from those who qualify for Section 8 Housing to those who want to create their custom dream space for living or business. We also offer commercial properties for rent. Today, we wish to continue the legacy that began decades ago, as well as expand to specialize in the creation of custom homes, and innovative businesses spaces.
